EXECUTIVE MEMBER PERKS:

In addition to the general membership benefits, Executive Members receive some extra perks. Our Executive Members enjoy four special events specifically designed for them. These "Executive Breakfasts" are intimate meetings with high-level professionals in the DC film and television industry.

They also receive invitations to exclusive Executive Member Only events, such as special screenings. Executive Members are also eligible to nominate Women of Vision Honorees for our annual Gala and sign up for dual memberships with WIF Los Angeles and New York WIFT.

Executive members have access to the Executive Member Only listserv. This listserv discourages off-topic ("OT") postings. It is a forum for experienced members to talk with each other about questions and issues they face in their work.

WIFV offers access to health insurance through a system of health insurance brokers who represent a variety of health insurance options at competitive rates.

Publications
WIFV members enjoy a 50% discount off Broadcasting and Cable Magazine and 40% off subscriptions to Variety (weekly or daily). Executive Members also have the opportunity to be dual members of NYWIFT at a reduced rate.

Film Screenings
WIFV has a partnership with Allied Advertising that offers our members frequent free passes to sneak preview feature screenings all over the DC metro area.

Connections
WIFV members receive a membership directory, access to an up-to-date online directory for members, access to the online WIFT International directory, and a listing in each. They can also expand their reach by posting to the robust WIFV listserv or by joining a special interest Roundtable Group. These benefits are member exclusive.

WIFV Newsletter
All members receive a copy of the WIFV newsletter so they can stay on top of what is happening in our organization, with our members and around town.

Visiting Privileges
WIFV members are eligible for a free three-month visiting membership at any of the 40 or so active WIFTI chapters around the world.

Scholarship
WIFV members are eligible to enter the Randy Goldman Scholarship Fund Competition for continuing education classes at the International Film Workshops in Rockport, Maine.
