WIFV President Sara Barger took the lead in raising funds and presenting the 1st Annual DC Student Film Fest! The screenings took place at the Transit Pier at Wharf DC and the sunset and views rivaled the films presented! WIFV Board Members Monda Raquel Webb and Sheri Ratick Stroud helped welcome the attendees.
A networking reception gave the filmmakers and their fans a chance to meet and as the sun went down, the films came to light.
Thanks to the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities for their support of this event.
