Andrea R. Mihailescu wrote and directed, RED FLAGS, for the 2022 DC 48 Hour Film project, which won best acting ensemble, best song, and the producer’s award. RED FLAGS is about two successful DC professional women who discover they’re dating the same man. Watch it here. This is Andrea’s fourth film as part of the DC 48. She began making short films in 2019.
