Maggie Burnette Stogner is delighted to share the official launch of the Upstream, Downriver Media Project. The Women Water Warriors series is now up on YouTube! The series has been getting some great engagement, especially the episodes about Data Centers and a group of young women who create a community fishing refuge in Celestún, Mexico. You can watch every episode here and watch the intro segment on this page! Please subscribe and share.
Blue Bear Films latest project is REFUGE KEEPERS, a 22-min documentary that builds on our short Celestún episodes in the Women Water Warriors series. It is an inspiring, cohesive exploration of how a community can protect their waters, and is premiering in New York and in Mexico!
